Every person subject to KRS § 337.420 to KRS § 337.433 and 337.990(11) shall keep an abstract or copy of KRS § 337.420 to KRS § 337.433 and 337.990(11) posted in a conspicuous place in or about the premises where any employee is employed. Employers shall be furnished copies or abstracts of KRS § 337.420 to KRS § 337.433 and
337.990(11) by the state on request without charge.
