The persons appointed as members of the commission shall constitute a body corporate under the name of “Commissioners of Charitable Buildings of ….,” and may contract and be contracted with, sue and be sued in that name and to adopt a seal and alter it at pleasure. If any commission appointed under KRS § 98.040 to KRS § 98.170 is dissolved, the corporation shall be continued in the ex officio member thereof, but shall have no power to do any act until four (4) appointive members are appointed.
