- Person: means an individual, association, joint venture, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, political subdivision, municipality, or public or private organization of any character, including any agency, department, board, bureau, office, commission, district, corporation, and quasi-public corporation of the federal, state, municipal, or local government. The fire marshal shall furnish copies of fire and investigation reports to any person upon the payment of two dollars per page for fire reports and other reports on letter size paper and five dollars per page for investigation reports and other reports on legal size paper.
