Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 22:1076
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
A. The requirements of this Subpart shall not apply to any health insurance coverage in relation to its provision of excepted benefits described in La. Rev. Stat. 22:1061(3)(a).
B. The requirements of this Subpart shall not apply to any health insurance coverage in relation to its provision of excepted benefits described in La. Rev. Stat. 22:1061(3)(b), (c), or (d) if the benefits are provided under a separate policy, certificate, or contract of insurance.
