            The provisions of this Part shall apply to all of the following:

            (1) Licensed centers that provide care for persons with developmental disabilities as defined in La. Rev. Stat. 28:751.

            (2) Hospitals as defined in La. Rev. Stat. 40:2102.

            (3) Licensed facilities that provide inpatient hospice care as defined in La. Rev. Stat. 40:2182.

            (4) Nursing homes as defined in La. Rev. Stat. 40:2009.2.
