- Person: means a human being or an organization. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 12 Sec. 10001
While a person‘s license, permit or recreational vehicle registration is under suspension or revocation under this Part, that person may not engage in the particular activity permitted by the license, permit or recreational vehicle registration that has been suspended or revoked.
