Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 12 Sec. 10907
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 12 Sec. 10001
- Person: means a human being or an organization. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 12 Sec. 10001
A person may not obtain or attempt to obtain any license, permit or recreational vehicle registration that has been suspended or revoked by the commissioner under this Part. [PL 2009, c. 340, §12 (AMD).]
