As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [PL 2013, c. 370, §6 (NEW).]
1. Electronic abstract. “Electronic abstract” means the digital indexing information for a document.

Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 33 Sec. 753
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Electronic abstract: means the digital indexing information for a document. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 33 Sec. 753
- Image: means a digital capture of an individual page of a document or plan filed in a county registry of deeds. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 33 Sec. 753
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
- Person: means a person, corporation, partnership or other entity. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 33 Sec. 753
2. Image. “Image” means a digital capture of an individual page of a document or plan filed in a county registry of deeds.
