Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 37-B Sec. 830

  • Political subdivision: means counties, cities, towns, villages, townships, districts, authorities and other public corporations and entities organized and existing under charter or general law. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 37-B Sec. 703
Every officer of a political subdivision of the State with administrative responsibilities under this chapter who intentionally violates any of the provisions of this chapter commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of $20 may be adjudged. [PL 1983, c. 460, §3 (NEW).]
