As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [PL 2005, c. 406, §1 (NEW).]
1. Dangerous or unsafe material. “Dangerous or unsafe material” means any substance or material that is capable of or likely to cause injury, including, but not limited to:
A. Pressure tanks such as propane tanks; [PL 2005, c. 406, §1 (NEW).]
