A ticket or share may not be purchased by and a prize may not be paid to any of the following persons: [PL 1995, c. 158, §1 (RPR).]
1. Commission officers. An officer of the commission;

Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 8 Sec. 381
- Commission: means the State Liquor and Lottery Commission established in Title 5, section 283?A. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 8 Sec. 371
- Person: means an individual, association, corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, partnership, club, trust, estate, society, company, receiver, trustee, assignee, referee or other person acting in a fiduciary or representative capacity, whether appointed by a court or otherwise, and any combination of individuals. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 8 Sec. 371
2. Senior supervisory personnel. Senior supervisory employees of the commission, as determined by the commission officers; and

3. Household member. Any spouse, child, brother, sister, parent or person residing as a member of the same household in the principal place of abode of any of the persons identified in subsections 1 and 2.
