- Authority: means a brownfield redevelopment authority created under this act. See Michigan Laws 125.2652
The authority shall be considered an instrumentality of a political subdivision for purposes of Act No. 227 of the Public Acts of 1972, being section 213.321 to 213.332 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
