As used in this act:
(a) “Physician” means a person licensed as a physician under part 170 or part 175 of the public health code, Act No. 368 of the Public Acts of 1978, being section 333.17001 to 333.17088 and 333.17501 to 333.17556 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
Terms Used In Michigan Laws 333.1032
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
- Physician: means a person licensed as a physician under part 170 or part 175 of the public health code, Act No. See Michigan Laws 333.1032
(b) “Registered nurse” means a person licensed as a registered professional nurse under part 172 of the public health code, Act No. 368 of the Public Acts of 1978, being section 333.17201 to 333.17242 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
