Terms Used In Michigan Laws 493.21
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of the office of financial and insurance services in the department of consumer and industry services. See Michigan Laws 493.1
The commissioner may promulgate rules that are necessary for the administration and enforcement of this act under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
