Terms Used In Michigan Laws > Chapter 123 > Act 129 of 1943 - Sewers and Sewage Disposal

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Joint meeting: An occasion, often ceremonial, when the House and Senate each adopt a unanimous consent agreement
  • Personal property: All property that is not real property.
