Minnesota Statutes 84A.30 – Rules Violation a Misdemeanor

Within the limits of a project, a willful violation of a rule of the department adopted under sections 84A.20 to 84A.30 is a misdemeanor.

Under the Minnesota Statutes, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
Misdemeanor	up to 90 days	up to $1,000
