1. Any person who violates any provision of sections 192.2200 to 192.2260, or who, for himself or for any other person, makes materially false statements in order to obtain a certificate or license, or the renewal thereof, issued pursuant to sections 192.2200 to 192.2260, shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor. Any person violating this subsection wherein abuse or neglect of a participant of the program has occurred is guilty of a class E felony.

2. Any person who is convicted pursuant to this section shall, in addition to all other penalties provided by law, have any license issued to him under sections 192.2200 to 192.2260 revoked, and shall not operate, nor hold any license to operate, any adult day care program, or other entity governed by the provisions of sections 192.2200 to 192.2260 for a period of three years after such conviction.
