Terms Used In Missouri Laws 196.881

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020

It shall be the duty of every person, firm, company, copartnership, or corporation to whom sections 196.851 to 196.895 apply, at the request of the director of the department of health and senior services or his agents, to furnish such samples of manufactured products defined in section 196.856, as said director may require for purpose of analysis.
