Terms Used In Missouri Laws 196.895

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020

Any person who violates any provision of sections 196.851 to 196.895 shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
