Terms Used In Missouri Laws 211.180
- Child: means any person under eighteen years of age. See Missouri Laws 211.021
- Juvenile court: means the juvenile division or divisions of the circuit court of the county, or judges while hearing juvenile cases assigned to them. See Missouri Laws 211.021
Family preservation screenings shall be conducted by the children’s division within seventy-two hours of the removal of a child from the home and placement in the custody of the court. The results of this screening shall be submitted to the juvenile court judge for consideration in the order of disposition or treatment of the child.
