Terms Used In Missouri Laws 306.430
- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
- Watercraft: any boat or craft, including a vessel, used or capable of being used as a means of transport on waters. See Missouri Laws 306.010
All transactions involving liens or encumbrances on outboard motors, motorboats, vessels, or watercraft entered into before July 1, 2003, and the rights, duties, and interests flowing from such transactions shall remain valid after July 1, 2003, and may be terminated, completed, consummated, or enforced as required or permitted by any statute or other law amended or repealed by sections 306.400 to 306.430 as though such repeal or amendment had not occurred.
