Terms Used In Missouri Laws 307.120

Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 307.020 to 307.120 shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. The term “person” as used in sections 307.020 to 307.120 shall mean and include any individual, association, joint stock company, copartnership or corporation.
