Terms Used In Missouri Laws 324.439

  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020

After twenty-four months after August 28, 1998, any person who violates any provision of sections 324.400 to 324.439 shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
