Any person, plumber or drainlayer who shall violate any of the provisions of sections 341.090 to 341.220 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not less than five dollars and not more than one hundred dollars for each offense. Each day in which sections 341.090 to 341.220 are violated shall constitute a separate offense. The prosecuting attorney shall rigidly enforce the provisions of sections 341.090 to 341.220 and the sheriff and constables of the county and the police officers of every city, town or village located in counties subject to the provisions of sections 341.090 to 341.220 are directed and are required to make arrests for the violation thereof.
