Terms Used In Missouri Laws 354.130

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

Every health services corporation shall be exempt from all taxes with respect to its membership dues or fees and other income, and shall be exempt from all franchise taxes and license fees except as otherwise specified in sections 354.010 to 354.380.
