- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Any person willfully violating any of the provisions of sections 354.225 to 354.270 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor and on conviction thereof, if the offender holds a license under these sections, the court imposing sentence shall order the director of the department of commerce and insurance to revoke the license.
