Terms Used In Missouri Laws 66.090

  • Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020

In the event a complaint is made by a person other than the county counselor or a peace officer, the court may require the complainant to give security for the costs in such action.
