Terms Used In Missouri Laws 80.600
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
No dissolution of any corporation under this chapter shall invalidate or affect any right, forfeiture or penalty accruing to such corporation, or invalidate or affect any contract entered into or imposed upon such corporation.
