31-4-120. (Effective January 1, 2024) Joint and several liability for costs. A litigation financer is jointly and severally liable for any award or order imposing or assessing costs or monetary sanctions against a consumer arising from or relating to any civil action, administrative proceeding, claim, or cause of action for which the litigation financer is providing litigation financing.
