37-26-202. Board meetings. (1) The board shall meet at least once annually.
Terms Used In Montana Code 37-26-202
- Board: means the alternative health care board established in 2-15-1730. See Montana Code 37-26-103
- Presiding officer: A majority-party Senator who presides over the Senate and is charged with maintaining order and decorum, recognizing Members to speak, and interpreting the Senate's rules, practices and precedents.
(2)Special meetings may be called by any two board members or the presiding officer.
