50-4-703. Rulemaking authority. The commissioner and the attorney general may adopt rules to carry out this part, including rules that:
Terms Used In Montana Code 50-4-703
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Commissioner: means the Montana state auditor and ex officio commissioner of insurance provided for in 2-15-1903. See Montana Code 50-4-701
(1)specify the form and content of the written notice, required documents, and supplemental information;
(2)develop procedures under which proprietary business information and trade secrets are protected from public disclosure for the purposes of 50-4-708 to the extent allowed by law; and
(3)establish hearing and appeal procedures.
