Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 18-2709.01

• City: shall mean any city of the metropolitan class, city of the primary class, city of the first class, city of the second class, or village, including any city operated under a home rule charter. See Nebraska Statutes 18-2704
• Workforce housing plan: means a program to construct or rehabilitate single-family housing or market rate multi-family housing which is designed to address a housing shortage that impairs the ability of the city to attract new businesses or impairs the ability of existing businesses to recruit new employees. See Nebraska Statutes 18-2709.01
