Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 38-1507

• Hearing instrument: means any wearable instrument or device designed for or offered for the purpose of aiding or compensating for impaired human hearing and any parts, attachments, or accessories, including earmold, but excluding batteries and cords. See Nebraska Statutes 38-1504
• Temporary training license: means a hearing instrument specialist license issued while the applicant is in training to become a licensed hearing instrument specialist. See Nebraska Statutes 38-1507
