Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 38-2504

• Association: means a recognized national or state association for occupational therapy. See Nebraska Statutes 38-2504
• Occupational therapy: means the use of purposeful activity with individuals who are limited by physical injury or illness, psychosocial dysfunction, developmental or learning disabilities, or the aging process in order to maximize independent function, prevent further disability, and achieve and maintain health and productivity. • State: when applied to different states of the United States shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories organized by Congress. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
