Copayment shall mean an amount an enrollee must pay in order to receive a specific service which is not fully prepaid.

Copayment: shall mean an amount an enrollee must pay in order to receive a specific service which is not fully prepaid. See Nebraska Statutes 44-3296
Enrollee: shall mean an individual who is covered by a health maintenance organization and shall include both subscribers and dependents of subscribers. See Nebraska Statutes 44-3299
