Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 44-5227

• Affiliate or affiliated: shall mean any entity or person who directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls or is controlled by, or is under common control with, a specified entity or person. See Nebraska Statutes 44-5227
• Person: shall include bodies politic and corporate, societies, communities, the public generally, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and associations. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
