Microenterprise shall mean any business, whether new or existing, with less than ten employees, less than twenty-five thousand dollars of net assets, and less than one hundred thousand dollars of annual sales.

- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Microenterprise: shall mean any business, whether new or existing, with less than ten employees, less than twenty-five thousand dollars of net assets, and less than one hundred thousand dollars of annual sales. See Nebraska Statutes 58-216.01
