Vehicle means a motor vehicle, all-terrain vehicle, utility-type vehicle, minibike, trailer, or semitrailer.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 60-136
- Minibike: means a two-wheel device which has a total wheel and tire diameter of less than fourteen inches or an engine-rated capacity of less than forty-five cubic centimeters displacement or any other two-wheel device primarily designed by the manufacturer for off-road use only. See Nebraska Statutes 60-121
- Motor vehicle: means any vehicle propelled by any power other than muscular power. See Nebraska Statutes 60-123
- Semitrailer: means any trailer so constructed that some part of its weight and that of its load rests upon or is carried by the towing vehicle. See Nebraska Statutes 60-129
- Trailer: means any device without motive power designed for carrying persons or property and being towed by a motor vehicle and so constructed that no part of its weight rests upon the towing vehicle. See Nebraska Statutes 60-133
- Utility-type vehicle: means any motorized off-highway device which (a) is seventy-four inches in width or less, (b) is not more than one hundred eighty inches, including the bumper, in length, (c) has a dry weight of two thousand pounds or less, and (d) travels on four or more nonhighway tires. See Nebraska Statutes 60-135.01
