(1) For each duplicate certificate of title issued by a county for a vehicle, the fee shall be fourteen dollars. Ten dollars shall be retained by the county. Four dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Department of Motor Vehicles Cash Fund.

Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 60-156

  • Department: means the Department of Motor Vehicles. See Nebraska Statutes 60-110
  • State: when applied to different states of the United States shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories organized by Congress. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
  • Vehicle: means a motor vehicle, all-terrain vehicle, utility-type vehicle, minibike, trailer, or semitrailer. See Nebraska Statutes 60-136

Ten dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Motor Carrier Division Cash Fund.
