Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 60-3,207
- Company: shall include any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint-stock company, joint venture, or association. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Dealer: means any person engaged in the business of selling snowmobiles at wholesale or retail. See Nebraska Statutes 60-3,207
- Manufacturer: means a person, partnership, limited liability company, or corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing snowmobiles. See Nebraska Statutes 60-3,207
- Operate: means to ride in or on and control the operation of a snowmobile. See Nebraska Statutes 60-3,207
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
- Person: shall include bodies politic and corporate, societies, communities, the public generally, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and associations. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
- Snowmobile: means a self-propelled vehicle designed to travel on snow or ice or a natural terrain steered by wheels, skis, or runners and propelled by a belt-driven track with or without steel cleats. See Nebraska Statutes 60-350
(1) Dealer means any person engaged in the business of selling snowmobiles at wholesale or retail;
(2) Manufacturer means a person, partnership, limited liability company, or corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing snowmobiles; and
(3) Operate means to ride in or on and control the operation of a snowmobile.
