Photodegradable shall mean degradable through a process in which ultraviolet radiation in sunlight causes a chemical change in a material.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 69-2005
- Degradable: shall mean capable of decomposing or deteriorating through a natural chemical process into harmless components after exposure to natural elements for not more than one year. See Nebraska Statutes 69-2004
- Photodegradable: shall mean degradable through a process in which ultraviolet radiation in sunlight causes a chemical change in a material. See Nebraska Statutes 69-2005
- Process: shall mean a summons, subpoena, or notice to appear issued out of a court in the course of judicial proceedings. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
