PACE center means a facility from which a PACE provider offers services within the scope of a PACE program pursuant to a written agreement between the provider, the United States Department of Health and Human Services, and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.

- Department: means the Division of Public Health of the Department of Health and Human Services. See Nebraska Statutes 71-410
- PACE center: means a facility from which a PACE provider offers services within the scope of a PACE program pursuant to a written agreement between the provider, the United States Department of Health and Human Services, and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. See Nebraska Statutes 71-424.01
- PACE program: means a program of all-inclusive care for elderly under 42 U. See Nebraska Statutes 71-424.02
- PACE provider: means provider of services pursuant to a PACE program meeting the requirements of Nebraska Statutes 71-424.03
- United States: shall include territories, outlying possessions, and the District of Columbia. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
