Provider means a person that is either:

- Person: shall include bodies politic and corporate, societies, communities, the public generally, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and associations. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
- Provider: means a person that is either:
(1) A facility licensed under the Health Care Facility Licensure Act. See Nebraska Statutes 71-8709
(1) A facility licensed under the Health Care Facility Licensure Act; or
(2) A health care professional licensed under the Uniform Credentialing Act.
