- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Report: means any communication, written, oral, or by electronic means, of assignment results transmitted to the client or a party authorized by the client upon completion of an assignment. See Nebraska Statutes 76-2216.02
