Recycling shall mean the process of separating, cleaning, treating, and reconstituting waste or other discarded materials for the purpose of recovering and reusing the resources contained therein.

Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 81-1545

  • Process: shall mean a summons, subpoena, or notice to appear issued out of a court in the course of judicial proceedings. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
  • Recycling: shall mean the process of separating, cleaning, treating, and reconstituting waste or other discarded materials for the purpose of recovering and reusing the resources contained therein. See Nebraska Statutes 81-1545
