Wireless infrastructure provider means any person, including a person authorized to provide telecommunications service in the State of Nebraska, when acting to build or install wireless communication transmission equipment, wireless facilities, or wireless support structures, but that is not a wireless services provider.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 86-1230
- Person: means an individual, a corporation, a limited liability company, a partnership, an association, a trust, or any other entity or organization, including an authority. See Nebraska Statutes 86-1221
- State: when applied to different states of the United States shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories organized by Congress. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
- Wireless infrastructure provider: means any person, including a person authorized to provide telecommunications service in the State of Nebraska, when acting to build or install wireless communication transmission equipment, wireless facilities, or wireless support structures, but that is not a wireless services provider. - Wireless services: means any services using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether mobile or at a fixed location, provided to the public using wireless facilities. See Nebraska Statutes 86-1232
