Nebraska Statutes 9-319. Revoke, defined

Revoke shall mean to permanently void and recall all rights and privileges of an organization or a person to obtain a license.

License: shall mean any license to conduct a lottery by the sale of pickle cards as provided in section Nebraska Statutes 9-310
Person: shall include bodies politic and corporate, societies, communities, the public generally, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and associations. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
Revoke: shall mean to permanently void and recall all rights and privileges of an organization or a person to obtain a license. See Nebraska Statutes 9-319
