Nebraska Statutes 9-405. Cancel, defined

Cancel shall mean to discontinue all rights and privileges to hold a license or permit for up to three years.

Cancel: shall mean to discontinue all rights and privileges to hold a license or permit for up to three years. See Nebraska Statutes 9-405
License: shall mean any license to conduct a lottery or raffle as provided in section Nebraska Statutes 9-409
Permit: shall mean a special permit to conduct one raffle and one lottery as provided in section Nebraska Statutes 9-413
