Nebraska Statutes 9-416. Revoke, defined

Revoke shall mean to permanently void and recall all rights and privileges to obtain a license or permit.

License: shall mean any license to conduct a lottery or raffle as provided in section Nebraska Statutes 9-409
Permit: shall mean a special permit to conduct one raffle and one lottery as provided in section Nebraska Statutes 9-413
Revoke: shall mean to permanently void and recall all rights and privileges to obtain a license or permit. See Nebraska Statutes 9-416
