Digital-on-premises ticket means a digital ticket purchased in person on a mobile or other electronic device verified to be present at the location of the lottery operator or an authorized sales outlet location in accordance with subdivision (3)(b) of section 9-651.01.

Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 9-604.02

  • Digital-on-premises ticket: means a digital ticket purchased in person on a mobile or other electronic device verified to be present at the location of the lottery operator or an authorized sales outlet location in accordance with subdivision (3)(b) of section Nebraska Statutes 9-604.02
  • Lottery operator: shall mean any individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, or corporation which operates a lottery on behalf of a county, city, or village. See Nebraska Statutes 9-614
  • Person: shall include bodies politic and corporate, societies, communities, the public generally, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and associations. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
